About the Role

build and scale Wibu-Systems’ South India business

enterprise-grade software licensing, protection, and embedded security solutions

solution consulting, pre-sales leadership, and enterprise deal ownership

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own South India revenue with annual targets of ₹80L–₹1Cr
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (6–18 months)
  • Maintain 3× pipeline coverage with disciplined CRM forecasting
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder technology deals

Enterprise & Technical Sales

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with CXOs, architects, and engineering leaders
  • Present and demo software licensing, protection, and embedded security solutions
  • Translate customer requirements into licensing and protection architectures
  • Build ROI and business case narratives for senior decision-makers

Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Establish Wibu-Systems’ presence across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad
  • Build strategic relationships with ISVs, OEMs, system integrators, and partners
  • Develop reference customers and success stories
  • Represent the company at industry forums and technology events
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8–12 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value software or cybersecurity deals
  • Strong understanding of software licensing, protection, embedded systems, or cybersecurity
  • Comfortable engaging deeply with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience selling into ISVs, OEMs, or engineering-driven organizations
  • Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building markets from scratch
  • Willing to collaborate closely with global HQ teams
