Senior Technical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for parking equipment & automated parking solutions.
  • Manage entire sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentations, proposals, pricing & closure.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies & technical discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants & contractors.
  • Coordinate with engineering/project teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare tenders, RFPs & technical documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
  • 10+ years in parking systems or mobility solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding & solution design capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & client management skills.
  • Experience with high-value project sales & government/real estate clients.
