Senior Technical Recruiter - Tech Mahindra - Domestic IT Staffing

Role Overview:

We are a domestic IT recruitment firm supporting large system integrators and enterprise clients. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong hands-on experience supporting Tech Mahindra requirements. This role requires deep technical screening expertise, fast turnaround, and strong understanding of Tech Mahindras hiring processes, rate sensitivity, and compliance standards. The recruiter will independently manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech Mahindra positions, from requirement understanding through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly on Tech Mahindra requirements across multiple technologies and business verticals. Understand Tech Mahindra job requirements in detail and source suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, internal databases, and professional networks. Conduct in-depth technical screening aligned with Tech Mahindra expectations, validating candidates on technical skills, project experience, communication, stability, notice period, rate alignment, and client readiness. Prepare and submit Tech Mahindra-compliant resumes with accurate information and complete documentation, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Coordinate interviews, follow up with Tech Mahindra SPOCs and candidates, manage feedback cycles, and drive profiles from interview to offer and closure. Manage candidate engagement, prevent drop-outs, handle counteroffers, and maintain strong follow-ups to ensure successful closures.

Technology Coverage (Primary Focus):

Java / Java Full Stack / Spring Boot / Microservices; Cloud Technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP; Data Engineering and Analytics involving ETL, SQL, Python, and Spark; DevOps and Platform Engineering; SAP, Salesforce, Testing, and other niche skill requirements as needed.

Required Experience and Skills:

58 years of domestic IT recruitment experience with direct exposure to Tech Mahindra or similar Tier-1 SI accounts such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, or Cognizant. Strong technical understanding with the ability to perform meaningful technical screening beyond keyword matching. Proven experience working in MSP-driven environments with strict compliance, rate cards, and turnaround timelines. Excellent communication skills, strong candidate management capabilities, and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously under aggressive delivery targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with Tech Mahindra vendor portals or direct account SPOCs is highly preferred. An existing candidate network aligned to Tech Mahindra-ready profiles is a strong advantage. Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or Hi-Tech verticals within Tech Mahindra is desirable.
