Senior Technical Project Manager _Axieva Noida 62_WFO

Role Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end project activities for fintech and telecom integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, QA) and external partners (MNOs, banks, technology vendors).
• Maintain project trackers (timelines, dependencies, risks, issues) and ensure updates are communicated to stakeholders.
• Document meeting notes, action items, API specifications, and integration requirements.
• Support UAT and integration testing by ensuring both sides (internal and client) have clear deliverables and test cases.
• Track API readiness, endpoint exposure, and dependencies in collaboration with developers.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and escalate risks/delays to senior PM.
• Help manage RACI responsibilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Learn and adopt project management best practices (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Basic understanding of APIs, fintech/payment systems, or telecom services.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to mobile money, payments, or telecom integrations.
• Basic knowledge of credit scoring, overdraft, or lending solutions.
• Experience working with Agile teams.
• Certification (CAPM, Scrum Master, Prince2 Foundation) is a plus but not required.
