Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Serve as a Scrum Master to guide teams through agile practices fostering an environment of transparency and accountability
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects managing risks and dependencies effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program execution and team performance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on program status milestones and challenges

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Technology or related fields BE B
  • Tech ME M
  • Tech MCA MSc MBA
  • Proven experience in program management and Scrum Master roles with at least 9 years in relevant positions
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an Agile Coach with the ability to mentor and guide teams in agile transformations
  • Strong track record in managing large scale projects with complex interdependencies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
