Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Manager. The Senior Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing a team of developers and engineers, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining communication with clients. The role includes developing technical strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and collaborating with different departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, team leadership, and client communication
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management
• Technical expertise in Mern stack, AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, and IoT
• Strong understanding of web and application development
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry, with a focus on innovative and high-profile projects
