•Architect secure, scalable healthcare portals and apps using microservices & cloud-native design.
•Integrate RAG pipelines, GenAI, and predictive analytics into healthcare solutions.
•Ensure compliance with HIPAA/FHIR standards while enabling innovation.
Technical Leadership & Project Management
•Mentor and lead a team of 5–10 engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile.
•Champion the use of AI-assisted developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI).
•Deliver programs with PMP/Agile PM governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Manage risks, stakeholders, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Hands-on Development
•Contribute to the codebase (C#/.NET Core, Angular).
•Build secure APIs with OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and FHIR integrations.
•Collaborate with UI/UX teams for patient-friendly digital experiences.
•10–15 years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years leading teams.
•Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Angular, microservices, cloud (Azure/AWS).
•PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM certification.
•Knowledge of healthcare compliance
