Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Chennai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional duties include organizing travel arrangements, assisting in project management, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in managing schedules, organizing travel, and coordinating meetings Ability to prepare reports and presentations Experience in project management is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field Show more Show less
