Senior Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and front-end components with high performance and scalability in mind.
• Implement microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Design and develop modern UI components using React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across the application stack.
• Manage and guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Core Java,J2EE, Jsp, Servlet, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Hibernate/JPA
• React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3
• MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong grasp of code quality, security best practices, and application performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
