Senior Technical Lead (15–20 Years)

We are looking for a highly experienced technical leader who can drive architecture, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on depth in backend, exposure to frontend, and leadership experience across development & QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of enterprise applications
• Drive microservices architecture and cloud modernization on Azure
• Manage development + QA teams to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap & deliverables
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce best coding & quality practices
• Work with data engineering teams for data-driven integrations
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical planning & strategic discussions

Required Skills

• 15+ years in software development & architecture
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, etc.)
• Hands-on exposure to React / Angular
• Strong understanding of databases, data pipelines, integrations
• Experience managing QA & automation
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,898,497.54 - ₹3,060,313.58 per year
