10+ years of proven experience

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects: design, configure, deploy, and support new or upgraded environments.
• Execute complex migrations, including:

• Email

  : Exchange-to-Exchange, Exchange-to-Cloud, hybrid deployments.

• File Sharing

  : On-premises servers to cloud (Egnyte, Box, OneDrive, etc.).

• Server

  : Upgrades/migrations (Windows Server 20122022).
• Implement security integrations such as SSO and MFA using providers like DUO, Centrify/iDaptive, OKTA, etc.
• Manage network deployments: firewalls, switching, wireless, UPS devices.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 tenant administration, and Azure/Entra ID environments.
• Manage virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware) and hybrid/cloud architectures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, network diagrams, SOPs, knowledge base content).
• Provide user training and ensure seamless adoption of new solutions.
