Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT transformation. This role is a hands-on, high-impact technical contributor focused on executing complex IT and infrastructure projects for clients nationwide. As a Project Engineer , you will design, implement, and support advanced infrastructure solutionsoften working remotely for planning and preparation, with occasional on-site engagements for critical project phases. You must be able to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, virtualization platforms, and hybrid IT environments across global operations. Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects: design, configure, deploy, and support new or upgraded environments. Execute complex migrations, including: Email : Exchange-to-Exchange, Exchange-to-Cloud, hybrid deployments. File Sharing : On-premises servers to cloud (Egnyte, Box, OneDrive, etc.). Server : Upgrades/migrations (Windows Server 20122022). Implement security integrations such as SSO and MFA using providers like DUO, Centrify/iDaptive, OKTA, etc. Manage network deployments: firewalls, switching, wireless, UPS devices. Provide advanced support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 tenant administration, and Azure/Entra ID environments. Manage virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware) and hybrid/cloud architectures. Create and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, network diagrams, SOPs, knowledge base content). Provide user training and ensure seamless adoption of new solutions. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have excellent communication skills Candidate should be willing to work in a USA Time Zone Candidate should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore
