Senior Technical Consultant

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at Salesforce, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that drive transformation in our customers" businesses and enhance their customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with teams to identify, design, develop, and implement Salesforce Platform solutions. A significant portion of your responsibilities (75%) will revolve around programming, utilizing tools such as Apex (Salesforce's Java-like language), JavaScript, and other development languages. Your impact in this role will include: - Programming solutions using Salesforces Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework, and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems - Developing, optimizing, and deploying Salesforce applications - Demonstrating key Salesforce capabilities and features - Learning and implementing Salesforces Services team best practices - Assisting clients in achieving and exceeding their goals and metrics - Contributing to customer success through front and back-end solution development and release management - Ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT) - Focusing on continuous professional growth and development - Traveling to client sites (approximately 50% of the time, with variations based on client engagement) To qualify for this role, you should have: - A BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent - At least 6 years of relevant experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience using technical skills to address real-world business challenges - Proficiency in programming with JavaScript and at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) - Knowledge of data modeling (objects, fields, relationships, ability to model 1:M and M:M relationships) - Salesforce certifications and Platform development experience are advantageous - Customer engagement and facilitation skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Expertise in gathering and analyzing information to design flexible and adaptable solutions - Proven ability to stay abreast of new technologies and functionalities - Potential for growth to higher levels within Salesforce Preferred qualifications and attributes include: - Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences - Previous experience with Salesforce development, particularly in Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components - Desirable technical skills such as JS Frameworks, SQL, APIs, Testing Tools, DevOps - Possession of Salesforce product certifications is highly beneficial - Leadership qualities with the ability to articulate the value of Cloud features - Results-driven mindset, tenacity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and the capacity to motivate others If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a drive to excel in a collaborative environment, this position offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of business transformation at Salesforce.,
