Job Description Key Responsibilities: Intune Management Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune configurations and deployments. Implement and manage Intune policies for device compliance, security, and updates. Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support the deployment and management of mobile devices across the organization. Enforce MDM policies and ensure device security and compliance. Provide support and troubleshooting for mobile device issues. Conditional Access Implement and manage Conditional Access policies to ensure secure access to corporate resources. Monitor and troubleshoot Conditional Access issues and ensure policy compliance. Compliance Management Ensure devices and applications comply with organizational policies and industry standards. Regularly review compliance reports and take corrective actions as needed. Assist in auditing and reporting on compliance status. App Protection Policies Configure and manage app protection policies to secure corporate data on personal and corporate devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app protection and data leakage. Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Implement and manage SSPR for users to securely reset their passwords.
