Senior Technical Analyst-Java/7+yrs/Gurugram/Contractual

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Technical Analyst – Java role. Please share strong, relevant profiles ASAP.

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and APIs.
• Perform impact analysis, feasibility studies, and propose technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify technical risks, provide mitigation strategies, and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.
• Provide production support for critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java SE/EE, including:
• Core Java, Multithreading, Collections Framework
• Spring / Spring Boot Framework
• RESTful API development
• Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker; experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Good understanding of security principles, application performance tuning, and scalability best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development with at least 4 years in a technical analyst or lead role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React, etc.)
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
