You will be joining our talent acquisition team as a Technical Recruiter. Your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and hire top-tier technical talent to address the increasing needs of our organization. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will grasp job requirements, handle candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. You will conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating the interview process from initial contact to offer negotiation will be part of your role. Building and sustaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates is crucial. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment is essential. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles. A strong grasp of software development, engineering, and IT concepts is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
