Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate the interview process from initial contact to offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles. Strong understanding of software development, engineering, and IT concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
