Job Description

Senior Tech Lead (.NET Core & Angular) Senior Tech Lead (.NET Core & Angular) CTO / Head of Engineering

Role Overview

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers through all phases of the software lifecycle

Architect and deliver robust, scalable ERP solutions using .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and SQL Server

Act as the technical authority on best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps workflows

Collaborate closely with project managers, QA, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Guide, coach and develop a high-performance team of 4 8 engineers

Conduct regular code reviews, pair-programming sessions, and technical workshops Solution Architecture & Design

Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for ERP modules

Produce technical design documents, UML diagrams, and API specifications Project Management & Delivery Break down high-level requirements into sprints, tasks, and estimates Track progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers proactively Hands-On Development Write clean, maintainable C# and TypeScript code

Develop RESTful APIs with .NET Core and implement front-end components in Angular

Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and performance benchmarks Monitor production systems, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement Present technical proposals and project status to senior leadership

Liaise with clients and business analysts to refine requirements and clarify scope

Must-Have Qualifications

5 years overall software development experience 2 years in a lead or senior-engineering role

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency with (v8+) and modern TypeScript design, T-SQL, and performance-tuning skills Proven full-stack development background (API + client-side) Demonstrated eagerness or prior experience designing or customizing ERP modules Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform)

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Scrum Master

Prior exposure to payment-gateway or logistics integrations

Soft Skills

Strong leadership with a people-first mindset Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented Passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team culture

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
