This full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh, India is for a Senior Team Lead. As a Senior Team Lead at Vserv Infosystems, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, and ensure timely project delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting IT issues, and optimizing the IT service and support processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality and adhering to industry best practices. Qualifications: - Experience in IT infrastructure management and service delivery - Strong project management skills - Proficiency in troubleshooting, networking, and security - Proven leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and client coordination skills - Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related areas are a plus,
