Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Lead, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. They will collaborate with industry experts and corporate partners to design and implement training programs, mentorship initiatives, and projects. The role involves evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel. The Senior Team Lead will also play a key role in developing and executing strategies to meet organizational goals and drive the success of our skill development programs.

• Experience in the Education or Skill Development Sector
• Technical Expertise related to Industry-Relevant Training Programs
• Ability to Work Collaboratively with Colleges, Industry Experts, and Corporate Partners
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role is a plus
