• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
• Drive team targets related to subscriptions, renewals, and customer conversions
• Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high-quality matchmaking service
• Train team members on product offerings, customer handling, and relationship management
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate reporting on team performance and client engagement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical matchmaking practices

• Proven experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor (preferably in matrimony, BFSI, telecom )
• Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to manage sensitive client interactions
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience in Matrimony or Tele sales Industry
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
