Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve collection targets for the assigned locations by effectively managing and monitoring the flow rate across all delinquency buckets.
Lead and oversee a team of Agency Team Leaders and Agencies to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
Define and implement productivity parameters and performance metrics for agency teams.
Conduct daily reviews of agency performance and ensure team leaders meet their assigned targets.
Maintain accurate disposition and updates on the assigned portfolio.
Identify, onboard, and manage external collection agencies as required.
Plan capacity and organize regular training sessions to enhance agency team effectiveness and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 6 years of experience in Collections, with a proven track record of achieving collection targets.
Experience in managing collections agencies and leading a team of Team Leaders.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, disposition tracking, and productivity monitoring.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
Ability to plan capacity, conduct regular training, and optimize agency performance.
