Job Description

· Tax Audit & Compliance
· Assist in conducting Tax Audits (Form 3CA/3CB & 3CD).
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with Income Tax provisions.
· Maintain proper documentation and working papers.
· Income Tax Return Preparation & Filing · Prepare and file ITRs for individuals, partnership firms, LLPs, and companies. · Reconcile Form 26AS, AIS, TIS, and advance tax/TDS credits.
· Handle rectifications, responses to notices, and online submissions.
· Financial Statement Preparation
· Draft Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules.
· Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and Companies Act (where applicable).
· Coordinate with audit teams for statutory requirements.
· Client Interaction · Gather and verify necessary financial data and supporting documents.
· Communicate with clients regarding compliance deadlines, pending requirements, and clarifications.
· Research & Advisory (Preferred)
· Assist in tax planning and advisory for individuals and businesses.
· Stay updated with amendments in Income Tax law, GST, and Company Law.
· Support in representation for assessments, appeals, and departmental queries.
· Other Responsibilities
· Maintain internal compliance trackers.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
· Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
