Senior Tax Executive

You are an experienced Accountant in the Direct Tax field seeking an opportunity to work with CPNS & ASSOCIATES, a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm located in Santacruz East, Mumbai. You should have a strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in taxation and compliance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your key responsibilities will include the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies, as well as the preparation and e-filing of Tax Audit Reports and other statutory reports. You should have a working knowledge of Tally for accounting, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with clients for data, clarifications, and compliance requirements, assist in Income Tax Assessments, Appeals, and Notices, and stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and compliance requirements. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a CA Firm specifically in the Direct Tax domain. Proficiency in Tally ERP and e-filing of Income Tax & TDS returns is essential, along with knowledge of Audit procedures and Tax Audit Report preparation. You should have a strong understanding of Income Tax provisions and deadlines, good communication and client-handling skills. CA Inter qualified candidates are preferred. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience & qualifications. The employment type is Work from Office.
