Senior Talent Development Specialist

You will be joining StudyIn, a global higher education specialist that has helped over 1.3 million students access study opportunities since 2006. As a Senior Talent Development Specialist reporting to the Head of Talent Development, your main duty will involve delivering impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth. This includes planning and executing talent development initiatives, designing scalable learning programs, and managing program operations. You will use data and digital tools to evaluate effectiveness and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion learner engagement at StudyIn. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI&A) activities - Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs across formats and geographies - Analyse training records and learning metrics to prepare quarterly dashboards and deliver actionable insights - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance outcomes - Collaborate with internal teams and manage external vendors for content and platform support - Facilitate adoption of digital learning platforms and champion learner engagement - Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning within the Talent Development function **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or related field - 9-12 years of experience in Learning & (Talent) Development, preferably in the education or service sector - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with diverse learner groups - Experience in training needs analysis and evaluating training effectiveness - Project management skills and ability to handle multiple programs - Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools - Certifications in L&D are highly desirable Please note that the above job description is for the position of Senior Talent Development Specialist at StudyIn, and your role will involve designing and delivering impactful learning programs to drive individual and organizational growth.,
