Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Counselor located in Noida. The Executive Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad. Daily tasks include evaluating student profiles, assisting with university applications, advising on course selection, facilitating student communication with universities, and conducting follow-up sessions to ensure successful outcomes. The role also involves participating in education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote StudyIn's services.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling skills, with an ability to guide students and evaluate their profiles
• Experience in assisting with university applications and advising on course selection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating student-university interactions
• Ability to participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops
• Organizational and administrative skills for coordinating follow-up sessions and maintaining student records
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the international education sector is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
