Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, SREs, Product Managers, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and more.
  • Screen candidates for technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process—from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to improve and scale recruiting operations and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance (time-to-hire, pipeline health, diversity benchmarks, etc.).

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and engineering stacks
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’re as comfortable talking with engineers as with executives.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-first company.
