Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Greenfield Project Talent Acquisition - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Oversee an entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. - Internal stake holder management and communication. - Ensure positive candidate experience through out the process. - Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. - Develop and maintain Talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Recruitment budgeting. - To support junior recruiters. - To foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile - Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Talent acquisition. - Should have greenfield project experience of petrochemical/chemical/Oil and Gas/Power/Metal and mining, Engineering - Ready to work in 11:30 am to 8:30 pm shift (IST) - Should have excellent English communication skills - Should have good negotiation skills - Should have good IQ & EQ Perks and benefits - Salary + retention bonus (Annual) + PF + Canteen facility (Free Food) + Mediclaim up to 3 Lacs of self and family
