Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Recruiter with strong expertise in Cybersecurity & Information Security hiring. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche cyber roles and partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement intake to onboarding
Hire for Cyber & Information Security roles (SOC, IAM, GRC, Cloud Security, AppSec, IR, SIEM, VAPT, etc.)Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and referralsConduct initial screenings and manage stakeholder communicationDrive offer negotiation, closure, and joining assuranceMaintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards
Required Skills:
Min 8 - 10 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Min 5 years of Cyber / InfoSec recruitment experience
Strong understanding of cybersecurity skills and market trendsExpertise in Boolean search & passive sourcingExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experience hiring for GCCs, Product Companies, Big4, or MSSPs
Hands-on experience with ATS tools
