We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to manage and support Windows Servers and Microsoft Azure environments in a high-performance team.

The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in system maintenance and cloud operations, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop, and demonstrate a strong ability to ensure the efficiency and reliability of enterprise infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows Servers across enterprise systems
• Assist in managing and maintaining the Azure Virtual Desktop environment
• Perform Azure infrastructure support activities
• Ensure proper functioning of core enterprise infrastructure services such as ADDS, MS CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS
• Provide input into supporting Microsoft Azure solutions, including virtual desktop environments
• Utilize security tools like MS Defender and Azure DLP for system protection
• Support MS productivity stack including Office 365, Exchange, and Skype for Business
• Manage MS enterprise tools such as SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, and SCDPM
• Work with bare-metal infrastructure and on-premises virtualization powered by Hyper-V
• Apply ITIL processes and operate ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in system engineering and support roles
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Azure Virtual Desktop systems
• Expertise in core infrastructure services such as ADDS, DNS, and DHCP
• Skills in Microsoft Azure and virtualization environments like Hyper-V
• Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender and Azure DLP
• Proficiency in enterprise management solutions like SCCM, SCVMM, and SCOM
• Background in productivity tools like Office 365, Exchange, and Skype for Business
• Understanding of ITIL processes and capability to handle ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
