Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of IT experience with Application support engineer. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with knowledge in Process knowledge - Level 2 Production Support, ITIL knowledge, RPA tools (AutomationAnywhere, Workfusion, BluePrism, UI Pat etc.), Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA etc.), ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy, Banking - Investment Banking, and knowledge of Oracle - proc, function, view, cursors. The Software Engineer will be responsible for 24x7 support in all 3 shifts, weekend/holiday support, coordinating between various infra/TI teams or dev partners, quick turnaround time for solving any issue, quick escalation and handling MIM, involving ICM, sending user communications, debugging and analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
