Senior Support Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly passionate and proactive Senior Support Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous learning mindset. You will play a critical role in managing product support, system testing, and release coordination for our global IoT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for technical support requests from clients (domestic and international)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, application, or platform-related issues
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment
• Own the release cycle – coordinate, track, and document all software/product updates
• Monitor system health and performance using support tools and dashboards
• Ensure SLAs are met and client satisfaction is maintained
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of support processes and issue resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, QA/testing, or release management roles
• Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or startup ecosystems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
