About the Role

Senior Admission Counselor


Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    high-volume outbound calls

    (80–100 daily) to potential learners.
  • Counsel prospective students on course options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Achieve and

    exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

    .
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by building trust and rapport.

RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • Experience:

    3–5 years in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in EdTech or high-volume call centers is a plus.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Language:

    Fluency in

    English (spoken & written)

    is mandatory.
  • Mindset:

    Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability and resilience. Interested in long-term association with exciting growth opportunities.                               
  • Excel, Microsoft Teams, and previous experience in a CRM platform
