Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Subject Matter Expert located in Chennai. The Senior Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing and designing educational content, mentoring and training staff, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of academic programs, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. They will collaborate with various departments to enhance curriculum development and address educational challenges within the institution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in curriculum development and educational content design for the board exam min 5 years
• Should be willing to travel and execute Teachers training
• Strong mentoring and training skills
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating academic programs
• Knowledge of educational standards and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Advanced degree in Education or related field, PhD preferred
• Experience in the field of education Mandatory administration is a plus
