Senior Student Advisor – TECHNOPARK

At Edubex, we empower students to achieve their academic and career goals. We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Student Advisor with strong sales expertise, CRM proficiency, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and convert students through calls, WhatsApp, email, video, and in-person meetings.
• Identify student needs and recommend the right courses to achieve both student satisfaction and business targets.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy; track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate effectively with students and parents to close admissions while building trust.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
• Mentor junior advisors on sales techniques, CRM usage, and negotiation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for students.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in core sales / inside sales / student counseling.
• Strong CRM knowledge (lead tracking, reporting, pipeline management).
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Fluent in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, confident, and target-driven with a record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
