Key Responsibilities
Snagging, de-snagging & handover of apartments/units
Maintaining/records of all relevant data for apartments/units
Ensure apartment/unit readiness in custody for customer visits with Civil finishing & MEP readiness
Manage a small team of outsourced snagging executives and technicians.
Apartment/unit Key Hand Over - possession to customers
Customer signed documents handover to Service Centre
Timely addressing customer concerns/queries satisfactorily
Effective hand-holding customers in the pre and post-possession stage
Ensure 100% compliance in KYC
Interact with customers over call/face to face
Timely maintaining & sharing of all reports
Liaise & coordinate with internal associates
Loyalty sales developing a process for Loyalty sales e.g. calling, identifying need through interactions and pitching the
right product
Assist in post-Society handover transition e.g. defects, work completion, etc
