Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze RCC and Structural Steel structures as per relevant Indian and international codes
• Perform detailed structural analysis and design using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE
• Prepare design calculations, structural drawings, and BOQs for RCC and steel structures
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural feasibility and coordination
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Optimize structural designs for safety, economy, and constructability
• Coordinate with site engineers for design clarifications, revisions, and site issues
• Review and approve shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings
• Conduct structural checks for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and steel members
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
• Attend design review meetings and support project planning and execution

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in RCC and Structural Steel design
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 875, and relevant codes
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in RCC & Steel design projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
