Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Project Control

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site execution activities
• Ensure project completion as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and machinery utilization
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms at site

2. Client Communication & Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for clients
• Attend client meetings, site reviews, and progress discussions
• Prepare and share weekly / monthly progress reports with clients
• Handle client queries, design clarifications, and approval processes
• Maintain professional relationships and ensure client satisfaction

3. Issue Resolution & Decision Making

• Identify site issues related to design, execution, materials, or manpower
• Resolve technical and coordination issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers for issue closure
• Take timely decisions to minimize cost overruns and time impact
• Manage change requests, variations, and scope modifications

4. Planning, Cost & Documentation

• Prepare project schedules and track milestones
• Control project costs and support billing and certification
• Ensure proper documentation including drawings, approvals, and site records
• Review contractor bills and support commercial closure

5. Team Leadership & Compliance

• Lead and motivate site teams for efficient performance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Maintain discipline and coordination among all stakeholders

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in site execution and project management
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure, conflicts, and site challenges
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety
• Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in building / infrastructure projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,948.51 per month
