🚧 We're Hiring: Structural BIM Modeler 🚧 Are you passionate about bringing high-rise structures to life through precision modeling and code-faithful detailing in Revit/BIM? BASE is looking to add in our team of engineers and designers who believe in building smarter, safer, and more scalable workflows. What you'll do: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of structural systems (RC, steel, composite) using Revit Structure. Apply LOD 300–400 standards for modeling elements in alignment with project phase and deliverables. Generate coordinated structural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure model coordination and clash-free outputs. Run clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools; document and resolve issues proactively. Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and update models based on feedback. Extract accurate quantities and BOQs from BIM models for structural elements. Support estimation and procurement teams with timely and validated data. Maintain version control and documentation logs for all model updates. Ensure all modeled elements comply with relevant codes and project specifications. Support QA/QC processes by integrating checklists, review protocols, and redline markups. Flag constructability issues and propose practical solutions during design development. Adhere to company BIM standards, naming conventions, and file management protocols. Coordinate with structural engineers, drafters, and site teams to ensure timely deliverables. Prepare visualizations, 3D views, and walkthroughs for client presentations and internal reviews. Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to BIM Lead or Project Manager.
