Job Title: Structural Design & Modeling Specialist Location: Pune, India (Work from Office) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer with a strong background in U.S. construction practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and modeling structural elements using industry-standard software and ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: · Design and model structural components using tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla, ETABS, STAAD Pro, Revit Structure, and load calculation software (e.g., MBS, RISA, RAM). · Create precise and high-quality shop drawings, permit sets, structural calculations, and detailed design documentation. · Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver tailored structural solutions. · Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and industry best practices. · Conduct structural analysis and prepare reports as needed. Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in U.S. construction projects. · Proficiency in structural software tools including ETABS, STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. · Familiarity with MBS, RISA, and RAM is a strong advantage. · Experience in various domains such as Cold Formed Steel (CFS), RCC, Steel Structures; exposure to wooden/timber structures is a plus.
