Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, including dining tables, floors, and service stations.
  • Oversee mise-en-place and ensure tables are properly set before guest arrival.
  • Supervise and guide junior stewards or new team members during shifts.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
  • Monitor floor operations and assist with managing guest flow during busy periods.
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene and service standards at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist in setting up for special events or functions as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
