Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, including dining tables, floors, and service stations. Oversee mise-en-place and ensure tables are properly set before guest arrival. Supervise and guide junior stewards or new team members during shifts. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service. Monitor floor operations and assist with managing guest flow during busy periods. Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene and service standards at all times. Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Assist in setting up for special events or functions as required.
