- In this role, you will be proactively consulting services based on industry practices leveraging previous project experiences in the SAP GTS areas as described (incl. e.g. user authorizations, reports, jobs, table structures, new functionality, system integration/interfaces)
- You will be part of Business projects and enhancements/continuous improvements: Analysis of user requirement received from customer/work effort estimation/create functional specification documenting the solution. Create the functional solution design which includes SAP standard customizing as well as technical specifications delivered by the development team by using SAP SolMan as Change Management system. And Perform unit testing, system integration- & functional (IT-) testing.
- Supporting customer during user acceptance testing and regression testing. Resolve defects identified during the testing cycles. Support cut over planning/execution and hyper care phase after go-live.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and provide knowledge transfer.
- You will be contributing to Incident Management / Service requests (3rd Level Support) incl. analyzing and resolving the reported issue.
- Supporting to perform system upgrades, integrations, and testing.

- For this role, you must have an Academic degree in Business Administration or – Informatics or a certificated IT education min. 10+ year professional experience in IT processes and ITIL know how.
- You should have practical experience of IT Service Management Processes such as software change and/or release management or application management experience.
- Possess the ability to plan own workload effectively and able to multi-task across multiple assignments.
- You should be a Self-motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner.
- You should have the ability to integrate with other IT functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones.
- You should impact the business by the quality of own work and through the ability to deliver high quality and successful solutions within own area of expertise.
- Ability to work on go-live of projects, system upgrades and other planned downtime scenarios.
