Job Description

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for handling HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation. Additionally, you will be onboarding new joiners in Workday and other HRIS tools, managing new joiners" employee life cycle and data management, preparing and issuing all HR and employee letters, providing ad hoc support on new tool implementation and documentation, coordinating with Talent Acquisition on BGV activities for new hires, supporting and executing processes across the employee lifecycle, managing Exit, F&F inputs, letters, and other related activities, supporting audits, data management, and validation, and managing employee queries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation - Onboard new joiners in Workday and other HRIS tools - Manage new joiners" employee life cycle and data management - Prepare and issue all HR and employee letters - Provide ad hoc support on new tool implementation and documentation - Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on BGV activities for new hires - Support and execute processes across the employee lifecycle - Manage Exit, F&F inputs, letters, and other related activities - Support audits, data management, and validation - Manage employee queries **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or related fields - Experience with any HRIS system is mandatory, Workday experience is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Possess a self-starter mentality - Ability to contribute to HR processes and support improvements to the employee experience - Ability to assist in gathering and organizing data for reporting - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - General working knowledge of HR functional areas - Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and team members **Additional Details of the Company:** Saks Global is a combination of world-class luxury retailers, including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Saks OFF 5TH.
