Role Overview: As a potential candidate for the role at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing HR Service Delivery metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to uphold service level monitoring and reporting standards. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving HR Service Delivery metrics, KPIs, and dashboards - Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting SLA and KPI performance - Designing and deploying standardized formats for service monitoring dashboards - Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of standard and ad hoc reports - Collaborating with HR Operations to update reporting requirements - Analyzing service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintaining HR Operations Service Catalogue and Service Scorecard - Providing reporting support to HR Operations & HR Operations Support teams - Leveraging Service Management expertise in various areas - Demonstrating strong capabilities in reporting design, creation, configuration, and automation - Championing a data-driven, agile, and innovative approach to reporting - Configuring and customizing reports in a ticketing tool Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in configuring and creating reports in a ticketing and reporting tool - Strong advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros and automation - Degree with focus on Human Resources or Business Administration - Minimum 7-8 years experience in different HR functional areas - Passion for improving HR service delivery through monitoring and reporting - Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow, or other cloud-based HR solutions - Fluency in English reading and speaking is a must - Ability to work effectively in a global decentralized environment - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills - Driven by values of data accuracy, agility, automation, and innovation - Project and change management skills (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.)
