Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Bid Support at JLL, your role involves the end-to-end completion of RFPs/RFIs responses within the necessary timescales. You will collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Sales Enablement, Business, and Support Functions. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and analyzing client RFP documents to understand key deliverables required by JLL's cross-functional teams. - Leading Go/No-Go, Kick-off, and check-in calls, coordinating with specific stakeholders for input and acting as the main contact point for process execution. - Ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements and guidelines, gathering all pertinent documents, and creating the response document. - Managing the bid portals to submit responses and providing regular updates to Bid Managers/Directors on project success and updates. - Maintaining Gantt/workflow charts to map out current projects and expected closure timelines. - Displaying a proactive approach to working with Bid Managers, Directors, and Business Development Teams. - Collaborating with Graphic Design to oversee the production of graphics, charts, and other visuals to align with client requirements and branding. - Liaising with departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance for accurate responses and firm policies for submission. - Working with the respective KM teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date documents & collaterals are available in the correct format and branding. - Managing and coordinating the final review, production, sign-off, and submission of proposals. - Working with the Solution & Proposal teams to maintain a record of bids responded and business won/lost. - Compiling bid statistics and metrics tracking & reporting, such as time taken to respond, resource utilization statistics, and identifying improvement areas. - Managing document storage and version control within the proposal process for various teams to have relevant documentation readily available. - Reviewing knowledge base and proposal baselines to provide initial draft/response options based on RFP requirements. - Capturing Proposal team feedback on completed drafts. Key Skills required for this role: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong project management capabilities. - Collaborative with exceptional stakeholder management skills. - Strong research and analysis skills. - Proficiency and confidence with various platforms and online tools. - Proactive and resourceful with problem-solving skills. - Strategic thinking to align bid team inputs with client needs. - High attention to detail and ability to work on strict turnaround times. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Employee specification: - Post-Graduate qualification. - Experience in Bid Management/Support from a reputed firm. - Organized and resourceful with effective project management skills. - Experience in confidently managing competing priorities of stakeholders across regions. - Knowledge/Content Management experience will be a plus.,
