Senior Specialist 2, Tax

• The Senior Tax Associate will play a vital role in managing and supporting the company's global tax compliance and reporting functions
• This individual will work closely with internal finance teams and external advisors to ensure adherence to tax regulations and assist in identifying tax planning opportunities to reduce risk and optimize efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns, prepare estimated tax calculations, ensuring timely and accurate filing
• Assist with tax provision calculations and reporting under relevant accounting frameworks (eg, IFRS, GAAP)
• Conduct tax research and provide technical tax advice on various compliance or planning matters
• Provide assistance in tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure tax implications are understood and addressed
• Monitor changes to tax laws and regulations that may impact the organization
• Help identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain organized documentation for all tax-related filings and transactions

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

• 4-6 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and tax accounting principles
• Experience with tax software and ERP systems (eg, experience with Netsuite is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
