This includes overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality, training staff, and helping with menu development. The Sous Chef steps in for the Executive Chef when necessary and helps maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations. His experience includes knowledge of Indian, Goan, Chinese and Continental Cuisine.
