What You’ll Do ✨ Lead, inspire & manage the kitchen team ✨ Create innovative menus with focus on Continental & Modern Indian cuisines ✨ Oversee tandoor, grills, small plates & desserts ✨ Maintain top standards of taste, presentation & consistency ✨ Control costing, inventory & wastage ✨ Ensure hygiene, safety & SOP compliance ✨ Collaborate on seasonal menus & promotions ✨ Recruit, train & mentor junior chefs, building a strong brigade What We’re Looking For ✅Proven experience as Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef ✅ Strong expertise in Continental & Modern Indian cuisine ✅ Proven skills in menu innovation & recipe development ✅ Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced kitchen ✅ Knowledge of operations, costing & team management ✅ Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
