Senior Sourcing Specialist

As a Sourcing Junior Manager at Bull Machines Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Development Sourcing - Electrical Component. Your experience of 7-10 years in industries such as Construction Equipment, Off-Highway, Tractors, and Heavy Engineering will be valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the Sourcing Strategy and ensure alignment with Goals - Create ZBC for Electrical and electronical parts - Ensure on-time development of Program software for Machines - Identify Potential suppliers and conduct supplier audits - Achieve Cost Saving Volume Discount - Implement Commodity price Increase Mapping and create baseline data (ZBC) **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Ensure Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements - Knowledge of Procurement process and sourcing strategies - Conduct Market Analysis - Familiarity with SAP Basics MM Modules, PPAP, Plastics, and Rubber parts - Strong Communication skills - Knowledge of Risk assessment and Mitigation - Adaptability and flexibility - Legal and regulatory Knowledge In this role, you will be responsible for: - Market analysis, researching, and analyzing - Supplier Selection, evaluation, negotiation, and Contract management - Identifying Cost-saving opportunities and Implementing them - Implementing Reverse Auction for Other Commodities - Building and Maintaining strong relationships with Key suppliers - Monitoring Supplier Performance and Taking corrective actions - Developing Additional Sources for Critical Parts If you are a dynamic professional with a deep expertise in New Product Development Sourcing - Electrical Component and have the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to recruiter@bullmachine.com.
